Day 0: 9july a mating took place between Odin and Maya

Day 9-15: Maya had some discharge, this could be vaginitis from mating.

Day 14-17: About 15-30 minutes after eating Maya burp. She sometimes eats some grass. She really likes to pet her belly

Day 19: Maya had some milky white discharge/slime, this is a symptom of pregnancy (but to be 100% sure we wait for the ultrasound). She also spends some time in the sun, what she normally not do with this hot weather.

Day 31: Maya had the hiccups and she also burps almost every time after her meals.

Day 34: 12 august we have planned the ultrasound, fingers crossed everyone!

Update: this morning we had the ultrasound, since Maya had her date before her ovulation it was very exciting, the ultrasound on her belly and it was immediately visible that she is pregnant. We hope to welcome these puppies in a few weeks. So exciting!

Week 5 & 6 (7-20aug):  Maya sometimes had some vaginal colorless/white discharge. She is very hungry, eating my hands off when i give her a treat. She sleeps a lot and likes cuddling and pet her belly very much. Maya getting a belly and her nipples are getting bigger.

Week 7 (21-27aug): This week we will prepare the whelping box so that Maya can get used to it. We are busy preparing the last things.

Week 8 Day 53: exciting last days now, about 10 more days or so. In 4 days the puppies will be viable. Maya is getting bigger and bigger, sleeps a lot, hungry and wants to be pet. The whelping box is ready in the living room but she does not look at it yet.

This week we saw and felt the puppies moving in Maya’s belly very well.

Day 62: Maya started to dig a bit and pant more. Ihis night i slept with her, she was restless.

Week 9 / Day 63: We had slept badly the night, Maya lay a lot on the couch and digging a bit. At 09:00 she started licking herself more and a little before 09.30 she started pushing. At 09:37 the first puppy was born, a female. the last puppy was born at 14:30. There are 7 beautiful puppies born. 3 males and 4 females. Mother and babies are doing well.
